From the remains of seminal New Jersey straight edge bands TURNING POINT, FLOORPUNCH and MOUTHPIECE comes the five-piece unit known as SEARCH. Much like the bands from which they spawned, SEARCH kicks out a classic style of East Coast hardcore that€™s lean, mean and created to elicit the type of sing-alongs and stage dives you would have expected to witness on Sunday afternoons of yesteryear. But this is no nostalgia act. While the six songs of their debut 7€ EP Between The Lines are a testament to a specific style and sound of hardcore, SEARCH most definitely exists in the here and now with a timeless message that is still as relevant and important today as it was when the members themselves discovered it in their teens. And now, thirty years strong, here they are: SEARCH.
