Information On Passes
Backstage Passes were usually printed in small quantities on adhesive cloth with a removable paper backing. Generally, the local concert promoters printed the ’70’s style adhesive cloth concert passes with plain brown or white backings. CREW and TOUR STAFF Identification passes were laminated in plastic. Only a few thousand were printed for any specific Band’s tour.
Once a tour was completed it was commonplace to destroy or otherwise dispose of any leftover passes.
